How Do I Place An Order?
Simply navigate to one or the other of the Furniture Artistry or Garden Inspired Decor pages by clicking on the link at the top or bottom of any page or by clicking either circle next to The Alley Peddler logo on the Home Page. Any of these links will take you to a page where you will be able to see pictures and prices of items for sale. Click on any item of interest you wish to purchase and you will be taken to a detailed information page, concerning that item as well as an opportunity to click the "Buy It Now" button which will take you step by step through the checkout process.
Payment and Shipping
We accept all major Credit Cards and Cash Payments for Local Pickup. Option will be given at checkout on this website.
Shipping fees are not included.. Actual shipping fees will be calculated at checkout for all items. A discount will be given if furniture is for local pickup
All of our shipping is handled by one carrier- is picked up, specially wrapped and crated- and delivered by the same carrier to your door.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
We offer payment functionality via our secure website. All data is encrypted from your browser to our server.
Additionally, we do not store any portion of your credit card number. The only information we keep is your shipping address so we can fulfill your order.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the high cost involved in shipping furniture, we do not offer refunds on these items.
We value your business and your privacy. None of your information will ever be shared or sold to any suppliers, vendors, or third parties. If a shipping company needs your information in order for us to complete a delivery to you, we will get your written permission on the order form before we disclose that information. We do not like spam, we don't promote it and will report any fraudulent or unauthorized use of any private customer or business information.
